Every attendee must complete and sign a Waiver, which includes a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks, and Indemnity Agreement, prior to the start of the scheduled activity or trip. No guest will be allowed to take part in the scheduled activity or trip without having signed the Waiver. It’s important to be aware that guests will need to sign a paper waiver during check-in.
